What is Life Coaching?
Coaching is a future-focused partnership designed to let you (the client) lead. You are the only expert in your life. As women, we spend much of our lives absorbing the ideas of others or the culture. But underneath that is our personal truth. If you think you can hear that truth beneath the noise, I invite you to trust yourself.

The ICF defines coaching as a partnership with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires clients to maximize their personal and professional potential. In the method I trained in, created by Martha Beck, coaching is defined as a process in which we help clients connect with the inherent knowledge of their best lives and support them in creating those lives.

Coaching is primarily present and future-focused. Coaching is also client-led; we believe that you are the expert and inherently know what is best for your own life. Through partnership, we facilitate discovery to help you pursue your best life.
Coaches are not licensed to treat clients as therapists, but can recommend resources if needed.
Coaching is confidential and requires a coaching agreement to begin.

Live on Purpose
Women are often expected to be both open-hearted and strong, balancing vulnerability with resilience. Yet, both positive and negative changes can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves. I see these moments as invitations to rediscover our authentic Self—to realign with our true path, rather than the one shaped by external expectations.
My role is to partner with you in uncovering—or recovering—your internal compass, helping you navigate back to your own sense of direction and purpose.

I became a certified Martha Beck Wayfinder Life Coach after my world transformed in my 40s. I faced job loss, rebuilt my career, experienced miscarriages and IVF, and navigated the profound loss of my mother as I stepped into motherhood. Along the way, I had the privilege of working with exceptional therapists, healers, and coaching master Martha Beck. Now, as a coach, I draw from these life-changing experiences—both joyful and painful—to support others in their own journeys of growth and self-discovery.

At 50, I spend much of my time looking after my 7 and 9-year-olds. In the past, I produced Radio and TV for food media companies, co-founded Milk Street, and more recently designed some aprons. I am half American and half Austrian, and I currently reside in Cambridge, MA.
