Why me?
I became a certified Martha Beck Wayfinder Life Coach after my world kept changing in my 40’s. I dealt with job loss, rebuilding my career, miscarriages, IVF, two births, the loss of my mother while I became a mother, and deep inner work. I was fortunate enough to work with amazing therapists and healers, and coaching master, Martha Beck. I realized that I wanted to combine my past experiences - both good and bad - to help others with their own personal growth and Self exploration.
My Resume (in Brief)
At 50, I spend most of my time looking after my 6 and 8-year-olds (my favorite job). In the past, I produced Radio and TV for food media companies, co-founded Milk Street, and, more recently, designed some aprons. I am half American and half Austrian and I currently reside in Cambridge, MA. My favorite things are my kids, Salzburg, Maine, great style, walking, and a good cup of coffee.
